Annabelle and I were talking about Violet's birthday. Here is our conversation:
Me: I can't believe it's almost Violet's birthday! She's going to be one!
Belle: Then I'm going to turn one next?
Me: No, baby. You already turned one. You then turned two and now you are three. You'll turn four on your next birthday.
Silence as Annabelle thinks for a moment
Belle: So when Austin's through with it, I'll be four?
Austin just turned four in January. You've gotta love that she's learning to take turns...even with her age!
